Omlouvám se, tento post bude trochu delší. Jen pro ilustraci, jak funguje technická podpora Feeltere na jejich fóru. Týká se to zde zmíněných pádů FT737...
Já:
Hi all, I´m experiencing weird problem with this beautiful airplane. Always when I want to change landing RWY on DEP/ARR page in CDU, I get the CTD of FS right when I click the button of the RWY. It happens everytime. I have current 0910 AIRAC, but experienced this behavior with older AIRACs. I have Justflight DVD version, if it can help. I´m running Vista 64bit. Please help, I´m pretty desperate here as I love this aircraft.

please sign your real name at the bottom of your future posts. we speak with people here, not 'handles'.
64 bit systems are not supported.

Sorry for not signing my full name. I found that thread, but it didn´t help. What I found, it only happens when I set arrival RWY plus appropriate STAR. When I set only the RWY and not the STAR (it means flying directly from the last wayponit), I can change RWYs without a CTD.
Já:
It has been confirmed that it also happens with 32bit systems (XP, Vista, 7) no matter what AIRAC (tested even with default 0610). It happens on some airports, confirmed are LKPR (Prague - Ruzyne) and ESSA (Stockholm - Arlanda). Now what will you say? 32 bit is also not supported?
Scoobflight:
don't be rude. posts such as this will be removed in the future without notice.
i've never experienced your 'fault' across winXP sp1, sp2 and sp3 on THREE different computers.
there is no win7 support ... the 737 was designed prior to that OS was even discussed by MS.
which FS version(s)?
there is no VISTA version of the 737 for FS9.
i suggest a complete uninstall of the 737. confirm all folders and files are removed. and re-install.¨
Já:
You call it "fault". But it has been confirmed by several users. So try this: Load the aircraft at LKPR (active RWY), and setup CDU Route like this: Depp - LKPR, RWY 24 or 31 (depends on which rwy are you sitting at), next wpt DEKOV, then TRS (114.300) - arrival ESSA, RWY 01L (or anything else). Program it without any STAR. Now try to swith between RWYs. And now do the same, but enter also the STAR. And now try to switch the RWY? What did that? Do you still call it a "fault" with quotes. Or is it now the fault without them?
You never experienced it. But it is also confirmed that it happens only on some airports as I wrote.
I´m sorry to be rude, but please accept, that I bought a product I cannot use. One of these affected airport is my home base...
Scoobflight:
you are using the aircraft on an unsupported OS as clearly stated on wilco's sales site -
Microsoft Flight Simulator X (Windows XP/Vista) / Flight Simulator 2004 (Windows XP) - Windows XP/Vista 32 bits - Microsoft FSX Service Packs 1 & 2 (or Acceleration Pack)

Já:
What if you tried my scenario in FS9 instead of repeating me what I know? As I told you, this behaviour had been already confirmed by some even on XP on affected airports. Or clearly state you don´t want to help me so we can spare some bandwidth and later also spareme some money on Feelthere products...
