I had the same problem, also using GetWeather. There are a few
weather-related files somewhere in the folders under FS2002, sorry I
don't have it on this PC so I can't give you the exact path, but I
found them in a likely place. I copied the original files from the CD
over them and it fixed my problem; apparently something corrupted
them. Hope it works for you!
