| | V readme souboru z avsimu autor výslovně prosí aby lidi ignorovali web fsplanet.com, protože kradou a zveřejňují bez souhlasu autorů:
"Since they put my work on their server without my permission and are ignoring my requests to remove it, their privacy statement is a joke. Obtaining without permission is called 'theft' and these people are violating my rights as author (and as you can read in several forums: I am NOT the only one...)
To everybody who reads this: decide for yourself if you want to visit the FSPlanet website with nagging pop-ups on every single page, a very slow (or unreachable) server to help you decide to pay for their "First Class Membership" in order to download stolen 'HOT'-files like mine... OR... visit excellent websites like WWW.FLIGHTSIM.COM or WWW.AVSIM.COM (or any other) with great download speeds for FREE."
