The render I use for youtube is 320x240, CBR, max quality, wmv format. I set it to a 10mb/s limit, but it never comes close to reaching that. Keeping the res at 320x240 seems to be key though, youtube's flv converter messes things up if it has to rescale the image. Cheers.
