- excellent and extremely complex only by the fact of their inability to communicate in english
- their support system totally sucks I've been waiting two weeks now to access the forums for help
- E-mail after e-mail still no answer
- only because of they support team
- I think they're Russian and some of the replies on the support forum are a bit 'thank you please' comical
