No to právě nevím, jestli je potřeba to registrovat. Já ho regnuté mám, takže jsem nezjišťoval, zda to funguje i bez registrace (ovšem bez FSUIPC úplně to nefunguje).
Tohle se píše v manuálu:
* Adapted to new features of FSUIPC 3.480 . Now requires FSUIPC 3.480 or later. No registration of
FSUIPC is required.
* Neither FSUIPC application registration nor AISmooth freeware license are runtime-limited.
