Vmax Flight LLC a Vmax Aero Systems International oznámili vývoj "The Patty Wagstaff Extra 300S." Samotná Patty Wagstaff sa priamo podiela na vývoji a testovaní tohoto addonu.
"The Patty Wagstaff Extra 300S will take advantage of these capabilities in X-Plane to create a simulation that accurately maps the aerodynamic forces that exist in hard-core aerobatics."

Developing this little aircraft could seems easy to some of you (not many instruments, only one engine, simple shape...).
In fact... this is not...
- As it will be a payware aircraft and especially because Patty will give her expert look on this one, we have to create the best EXTRA300 that we can do... and that is not really easy to do.
- As it is an aircraft supposed to execute extreme figures, the flight model should be very precise.
- As it will be used by non-professionals, the flight model must be usable enough.
- As aerobatics is one of the aerodynamic situation where X-Plane engine does not like to emulate flight model (aerobatic phases have very particular aerodynamic reactions)
- As the entire aircraft will be modelled in 3D (also instruments) and will use manipulators.
