Have you tried to ask about help at some major forum like Avsim or SOH etc.? I have a registration on Avsim so I can drop a post there with your contact information if you want but the registration is matter of seconds only. I mean, this is really small forum in comparison to those, and it seems there are bunch of folks who knows their stuff. They even have a special section dedicated to panel design on Avsim.
