I think L-200 is so historic type, that there was no "historic version" with ILS. As to my knowledge, the maximum (standard) equipment was COM (ev. 2xCOM) and ADF (ev. 2x ADF). The navigation filosophy in heavy weather was the same, as during the WWII. Instead of ILS (that was not available at those days) only the PAR (precision approach radars) were used (at some airfields).
