Today I discussed with the engineer and got the following conclusion:
1. we would assume that the LED is from the 80mm fan (rear one)
2. our fan will stay on to remove residual hot air (roughly 5 min). To do this, will need to continue supplying 5V from the PSU to make the fan still spin. After the fan stop, in your case we think it is the 5Vsb (which is the power that keeps the m/b's red light turned on, in order for you to turn on your PC) that made the LED flash. Normally LED won't flash, however, it's possible that that are variance (out of normal distribution) that some LEDs are just enough to be turned on.
