The included scenery editor is very powerful and, once you get used to it, it allows anybody to create a scenery in very high quality. The default library of objects is big, and it’s usually of very high quality, so if you need something standard to place, like a PAPI light enclosure, or a small ILS hut, the default object already looks very good, so this makes for easy creation of either freeware or very low cost payware, maybe for airports not commercially feasible otherwise.
